This was by far the BEST car shopping experience that I’ve ever had.

I came into Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall pretty much knowing what I wanted for a NEW car.  Ron Hayes approached my mom and I right away, but not in a “I need a sale” type of way.

My mom and I were very impressed with the enthusiasm that Ron showed and not only that as we walked by other sales associates, they were all very friendly and seemed to work as a cohesive unit.

I test drove a 2010 Nissan Altima.

I LOVED IT!!  Once I got into the car, I knew there was no turning back.  I told Ron what I was looking to spend and I met with the GM and they worked together to make it happen.  I am truly grateful for the time that they spent with my mom and I.  It was the quickest car purchase ever, but it was professionally done.  I will tell all of my friends about my experience in hopes that they come to Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall to experience QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE and TRUE DEDICATION.

I have used Hawkinson Nissan’s service department in the past and was very pleased with the service provided there at Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall.  The service staff were more than accommodating to my busy schedule. I was pleased with the service they provided at Hawkinson Nissan from the time I made the appointment till I drove away. They were very professional and treated me like family during my visit.

 Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall is a great place to look for a car.   I’ve bought two cars from them and will be back for a third. The last car I bought was the Nissan Altima, and without a doubt its the best car I’ve ever owned. I’ve recommended both friends and co-workers to visit Hawkinson Nissan whenever I hear that they are looking for a new car.

We have purchased 2 cars at Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall, a Nissan Quest and a few months later a Nisssan Versa, and we have been happy with both cars. The saleswoman was informative, efficient, and fair, and in subsequent visits to service the cars, everybody from the receptionist to the owners have been extremely friendly and courteous. Their customer service at Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall is par to none!

I’ve bought alot of cars in my day, but now, I won’t go any where else but Hawknson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall.  The sales people knew the Nissan products and the manager worked out the best deal to get the payment to fit my budget.  Being a Chicago Nissan customer, I had to travel to Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall. (Take the Ryan to I-57), but the 30 minute drive was worth it. These guys are low pressure and made buying my Nissan Maxima easier than the other guys.

Best Nissan Service department in Chicago! My wife bought her Nissan elsewhere, but I take her car to Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall for maintenance work and they are always so friendly from the start.  Two different women greet you.  One is Latesia, who always have a smile and a nice hello.  Then the service guy, I like Steve will write the repair order and go over what is needed. No high pressure, but they always make sure to go over what Nissan recommends. I bought a Soul from their Hawkinson Kia store also in the Matteson Auto Mall recently and would buy a Nissan when my wife is ready, based on how they operate service.  I recommend Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall for all Nissan service work.

It was a very relaxing experience when I purchased my car at HAWKINSON NISSAN.

It was a very relaxing experience when I purchased my car at HAWKINSON NISSAN in the Matteson Auto Mall.   I first went to Hawkinson and looked over there inventory, they didn’t have the exact car that I wanted and nor did they try to sell me a car that I didn’t want.   With in a few day I got a phone call from my salesman at Hawkinson Nissan telling me that they had located the exact car I was looking for and to come back in to check it out.   The car price was just as we agreed on with no surprise hidden charges.   On the day of the delivery my salesman came in on his DAY-OFF to insure a smooth and trouble free deal.   At the time of delivery I met both Bob and Jim Hawkinson owners of Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall along with the service department staff that would be handling any concerns that I may have.  I also plan to take advantage of there referral plan and tell all my friends and family about how great my experience was at Hawkinson Nissan in the Matteson Auto Mall.
